3. Finalità del trattamento

Rispondere a richieste di informazioni inviate tramite il modulo di contatto.
Inserimento in un database collegato a un sistema CRM web-based per l’organizzazione e la gestione dei contatti.
Attività di marketing diretto relative alla fase di prelancio del servizio di abbonamento del centro sportivo ALSport (es. invio email promozionali, aggiornamenti, inviti a eventi, ecc.).
4. Base giuridica del trattamento
La base giuridica del trattamento è il consenso esplicito dell’interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR), manifestato attraverso la compilazione e l’invio del modulo di contatto.
5. Modalità del trattamento
Il trattamento sarà effettuato con strumenti informatici e/o telematici, nel rispetto dei principi di liceità, correttezza, trasparenza, minimizzazione dei dati e sicurezza previsti dal GDPR.
I dati sono conservati in database sicuri e gestiti tramite un CRM web-based. Attualmente, i contatti vengono catalogati come contatti acquisiti per la fase di preiscrizione.
6. Conservazione dei dati
I dati saranno conservati per un periodo massimo di 24 mesi dalla raccolta, salvo eventuali proroghe necessarie per obblighi legali o per l’instaurazione di un rapporto contrattuale successivo.
7. Comunicazione e trasferimento dei dati
I dati non saranno comunicati a terzi né diffusi, salvo eventuali responsabili del trattamento nominati (es. fornitori del CRM, servizi di invio email, consulenti tecnici).
Non è previsto il trasferimento dei dati personali verso Paesi extra-UE. In caso contrario, sarà garantito un adeguato livello di protezione secondo gli artt. 44 ss. del GDPR.

L’interessato ha il diritto di:
